Head of Sales / Banca Channel Manager 

Role Overview 

The Banca Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the bancassurance sales team, driving sales performance, and strengthening relationships with banking partners. The role requires coaching, motivating, and monitoring the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the banca sales team to achieve individual and team targets. 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with banking partners. 

  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support skill development. 

  • Build strong relationships with bank relationship managers and key stakeholders. 

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, bancassurance processes, and compliance requirements. 

  • Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. 

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. 

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or team management. 

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Target-driven, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Proficiency in Khmer and English.
