Insurance Advisor

Role Overview 

The Insurance Advisor is responsible for promoting, consulting, and selling insurance products to potential and existing clients. The role requires building strong client relationships, providing financial protection solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Promote and sell Royal Group Insurance products to individuals and groups. 

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions. 

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. 

• Provide professional consultation on insurance policies, coverage, and benefits. 

• Support clients with claims procedures and after-sales services. 

• Achieve individual and team sales targets. 

• Participate in training, campaigns, and promotional activities. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). 

• Previous experience in sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Result-oriented with high self-motivation. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team. 

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus. 

• Proficiency in Khmer, with English being an advantage.
