Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Advisor is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients. The role involves understanding corporate insurance needs, proposing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporate clients.
Promote and sell insurance solutions tailored to businesses, including group life, health, and employee benefits plans.
Conduct corporate insurance needs analysis and propose customized solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to corporate clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support and consultation.
Handle corporate claims and ensure efficient after-sales service.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Participate in corporate campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or insurance is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented and highly self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of corporate insurance products is an advantage.
Proficiency in Khmer and English.
